I'm Claudia Sadlon, owner of fresh pilates. I began teaching Pilates in 2008, and am certified through The National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP), formerly the PMA. My goal is to help each client find strength and balance of body, mind and spirit in a small, friendly, supportive studio environment.
A combination of many exercise methods and techniques keeps fitness fresh and fun. I believe that Pilates is the tie that binds all of these disciplines together. I'm looking forward to introducing you to Pilates, and for you to experience its many benefits!
